Ryan was first trained in real estate and construction under the guidance of his grandfather, father, and uncles while growing up in the Seattle area. At twentytwo Ryan started his own company and his passion for real estate only grew. After a move to Coeur d' Alene, Idaho, where he met his wife, Ryan's desire to create a more luxurious product brought him to Park City. Ryan has since built and sold many luxury homes in nearly all of the neighborhoods and price ranges Park City has to offer.
